Keep control of your instance
Run n8n on infrastructure allocated to your business instead of sharing control of the hosting environment with a SaaS provider.
Self-hosted n8n VPS
Host n8n on Cape Town VPS infrastructure and connect the systems your business already uses, without adding a Technolutions fee every time a workflow runs.
Why self-host
Self-hosting gives your business control of the server environment while preserving the flexibility that makes n8n useful for connected workflows.
Run n8n on infrastructure allocated to your business instead of sharing control of the hosting environment with a SaaS provider.
Choose a VPS package around the volume and complexity of your automations, then move to more capacity as your requirements grow.
Keep the n8n application and locally retained workflow data on Cape Town-hosted VPS infrastructure. Connected services may process data elsewhere.
Connect APIs, use code where appropriate, and extend workflows with the nodes supported by your chosen n8n edition.
What you can automate
The clearest automation opportunities are usually the handovers, updates and recurring tasks that currently consume time or create avoidable mistakes.
Move website enquiries into your CRM, notify the right consultant and trigger consistent follow-up tasks.
Pass order, stock and fulfilment information between ecommerce, finance and internal business systems.
Transfer information between forms, spreadsheets and business tools without repeatedly entering the same data.
Update customer, product or operational records when information changes in another connected system.
Connect supported AI services to business processes while keeping the workflow logic inside your n8n instance.
Collect information from multiple sources and prepare routine reports on a dependable schedule.

Questions answered
We will add package-specific setup and support answers as soon as the new products are finalised.
n8n is a workflow automation platform that connects applications and APIs. Self-hosting means the n8n application runs on infrastructure allocated to your organisation rather than on n8n Cloud.
Technolutions will not add a per-task hosting charge. Actual limits and licensing depend on the n8n edition you select, while practical throughput depends on the resources available to your VPS.
The n8n instance and data retained on its VPS are hosted in Cape Town. When a workflow connects to an external application, that provider may process or store transmitted data in another region under its own terms.
The right package depends on how often workflows run, how much data they process, whether they use AI services and how many jobs may run at the same time. Final package resources and inclusions will be published once the new WHMCS products are ready.
